CASPIAN
Communications Ltd. is a 100% owned subsidiary of
ECS operating from
within the ECS premises. It was incorporated in June1999, initially as a
Facilities Management Company. However, plans are developed to position
CASPIAN a regional representation entity to provide overseas organisations
with a presence in Hong Kong and also as a TurnKey switch platform provider
for new External Telecom Service (ETS) providers across the Asia Region who
want to get into business fast with fully developed user friendly switching
systems (complete with peripheral systems, that is, billing, customer services,
system administrator etc.
