Executive Card Services HK Limited is an international company that was incorporated in 1995 and is now both a holding company and an operating company. Initially focused in the plastic card production business, the company now has 5 subsidiaries, TAS Limited (call center services), TeleCom One Limited (Facility based HK IDD reseller), CASPIAN Communications Limited (Regional Representation and TurnKey Platform systems provider) and yet to be launched ShopSmart.Com Limited (e’Commerce). WorldRemind HK (Global Reminder services)The Company’s offices are located in the business district of WanChai on the Hong Kong Island.

For the first 4 years of its existence the company was solely a PrePaid Card production company providing design and production services to Asian PTTs in the Asia Pacific region. Information on the company's card production capabilities is available on the menu below. Card production remains one of the company’s core activities, ECS is the vendor of choice for several tier 1 phone companies in the Asia Pacific region who all recognise the benefits of the company’s total turnkey solution for their card design and production requirements.

During the course of 1999 the company embarked on a new strategy which set the company expanding into a broad-base services company with its main market focus in the Asia Pacific region. More information is available on the subsidiary companies by clicking on the above tabs.

To summarize the relationship between the ECS group of companies - they collectively will provide a comprehensive peripheral turnkey support capability to medium and small business' and small telecom operator in HK whilst they develop their core business (and in some cases developing additional capabilities). It is also planned that the company will develop the e'commerce trading capability in parallel with the call center.
