This recently
registered 100% subsidiary of ECS will be the company's e'commerce trading
company, trading is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2000. E’Commerce
is not yet as developed in Hong Kong as it is in the U.S.A. and so this
represents a significant opportunity for ECS to have an active trading
subsidiary in this field of business. The company already have several
potential clients for this new company. ECS intends to focus ShopSmart at
the B to C market.
