On January 3rd,
2000 the company acquired 100% of the shares of TeleCom One Ltd. This
company is in the business of External Telecom Services (ETS). By
this acquisition, ECS believes the combined strength of the group will be
significantly improved. TeleCom One will dovetail into the activities
of CASPIAN providing switch asset and technology, which will be located in
